This is to inform you that starting next month, all employees will no longer be paid for overtime. This action is part of Kane Banking’s efforts to reduce the impact of the current recession.

As overtime will no longer be paid, we would like to request that everyone work more efficiently. We would like all employees to know how to manage their time well, so next month we will have time management training.  At the training, employees will learn what to do to avoid working overtime.
